A: The average in person PT will charge you between £40 - £60 for a single 1 Hour 121 session, and that doesn't normally include nutrition advice, habit formation, feedback, support or direct contact during the week to help you navigate through obstacles you may face outside of the gym.
With my coaching you get all of that and much more with packages ranging from anywhere between £35 - £50 per week depending on the level of accountability and support you need and how long you require it for.
A: I will reach out to you personally and ask you a few questions to get a better understanding of the challenges you currently face and what it is exactly you want to achieve.
If I feel that I would be able to help we will arrange a quick call with to get a much more in depth overview of your current position to determine whether or not my Coaching would help you reach you goals._
A: There’s no charge for the call, nor is it a guarantee you’ll be offered a space on the program. My Coaching runs on an invite only basis.
The goal is to get a crystal clear picture of where you’re currently at then for me to decide whether I can genuinely help and if you’re a good fit for the team.
If you are, we’ll discuss which program and payment structure suits you best. If not, you’ll still walk away with a clear roadmap so you know exactly what steps to take on your own meaning you move forward with or without my help.
A: There is no obligation to sign up on the call. Once your call is secured I will send you a super quick Pre-call Questionnaire to fill in with one of the questions asking how much you are willing to invest into coaching.
Provided you answer honestly and that I feel you would be a good fit to come on board, this will ensure that you only get offered what suits your budget and lifestyle.
A: No, you will not be forced by contract to stay for any longer than you want to. Most of the clients on the program stay for 12+ months as I believe that if I offer a great service you will naturally want to stay, but you're free to leave whenever you need to
